Earning rewards with Merchant ReFi couldn’t be easier! Rewards are earned whenever you take a qualified round of funding. This typically starts at $20,000 or more of funding. Keep an eye out for monthly deals and promotions that allow you to get even more miles/points for investing in your business.

You are responsible for ensuring no unauthorized or illegal use of the Merchant ReFi website with your password or account access.

Merchant ReFi reserves the sole right to determine the resolution of any question, interpretation, conflict, dispute, or other issue arising from or relating to any contest, awards, or redemption of points or prizes.

Once redeemed, Merchant ReFi award points are considered earnings.

Award Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

All decisions on award eligibility will be made by Merchant ReFi and are final.

If a specific merchandise item is discontinued, Merchant ReFi reserves the sole right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.

Merchant ReFi reserves the sole right to substitute any award with award of similar quality.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior written authorization from the Award Headquarters Customer Service Department. Award Headquarters offers a 30-day warranty plan on any defective merchandise. After 30 days, you will be provided with the manufacturer’s warranty/proof of purchase form to assist you in finding a dealer in your area. If our business relationship is terminated, unredeemed points will be forfeited.

Merchant ReFi will determine eligibility for participation in the program and may rescind the right to participate at any time.

Falsifying any point statement, reporting incorrect results, or engaging in any other fraudulent or improper conduct regarding point redemption or maintaining and account is prohibited. Merchant ReFi will determine, at its sole discretion, the penalty appropriate for any prohibited conduct.
